Terms and Conditions for the MATTER MAKERS x ORM KORNNAPHAT Campaign

■ RULES AND PARTICIPATION DETAILS

The Company will randomly select a total of 30 lucky fans from eligible participants who have fully complied with the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility and Participation Conditions

Participants must purchase eligible products from MATTER MAKERS in order to receive entries for the lucky draw. There is no limit to the number of entries per participant. Entries will be calculated based on the net purchase amount per receipt, in accordance with the following conditions:

1. A purchase of eligible products totaling THB 2,000 per receipt entitles the participant to 1 entry.
2. A purchase of eligible products totaling THB 3,500 per receipt entitles the participant to 2 entries.

1. Entry accumulation is limited to a maximum of 2 entries per receipt.

Eligible products may be purchased through the following distribution channels:

1. The official website: www.matter-makers.com
2. All 9 MATTER MAKERS retail stores, including: Matter Makers Store at Siam Square One, CentralWorld, One Bangkok, Emsphere, Siam Center, Central Hatyai, MAYA Chiang Mai, Central Khon Kaen, Central Pinklao

Eligible products include all items available for sale on the official website and at all 9 MATTER MAKERS stores, excluding discounted items and products from the Monchhichi collection, which are not eligible for this promotion.

2. Participation Period

Entry accumulation is valid from 20 March 2026 at 10:00 to 18 April 2026 at 23:59. (GMT+7, Bangkok Time)

Activity registration is open from 25 March 2026 at 10:00 to 18 April 2026 at 23:59. (GMT+7, Bangkok Time)

3. Registration for Participation

Participants must complete the registration as a MATTER MAKERS member via the official website matter-makers.com prior to registering for participation in the activity.

Registration for the activity must be completed through www.matter-makers.com/ormkornnaphatluckyfans. The information used for registration shall be the same as that provided during the membership registration process, as detailed below:

1. Full Name (must exactly match the name shown on the identification card or passport)
2. Telephone Number (only telephone numbers registered in Thailand are accepted)
3. Email Address

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose information is incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent with the required identification details.

4. Purchase Conditions

Participants must hold a valid MATTER MAKERS membership account.

1. In the case of purchases made through online channels, participants must log in to their registered membership account prior to completing payment.
2. In the case of purchases made at any MATTER MAKERS retail store, participants must provide the telephone number used for membership registration to the store staff prior to completing payment.

■ BENEFITS DETAIL

A total of 30 lucky winners will be entitled to participate in an exclusive patch heat-press workshop on MATTER MAKERS apparel, held in collaboration with artist Orm Kornnaphat Sethratanapong.

The activity details are as follows:

1. Participants must be no less than 20 years of age as of the date of participation.
2. Participants must declare that they are subject to Thai law and are legally competent to enter into contracts under the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Thailand.
3. Participants must have a mobile phone number registered in Thailand (country code +66) that is active and reachable. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who cannot be contacted via such number.
4. Employees of Gentlewoman Co., Ltd., including their family members, advertising agencies, and any companies or individuals directly involved in organizing this activity, are not eligible to participate.
5. Participants must purchase eligible products of MATTER MAKERS during the period from March 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. to April 18, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (GMT+7, Bangkok Time) The date stated on the receipt must fall strictly within the activity period.
6. Registration for participation must be completed within the period from March 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. to April 18, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. via www.matter-makers.com/ormkornnaphatluckyfans Any incomplete or unsuccessful registration shall be deemed invalid and shall not be eligible for participation.
7. Participants may purchase products from any MATTER MAKERS collection, excluding discounted items and products from the Monchhichi collection, which are not eligible for this activity.
8. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may accumulate. Entries shall be calculated based on the net purchase amount per receipt, in accordance with the following conditions:
   1. A purchase of eligible products totaling THB 2,000 per receipt entitles the participant to 1 entry.
   2. A purchase of eligible products totaling THB 3,500 per receipt entitles the participant to 2 entries.

10. Participants must hold a valid MATTER MAKERS membership account and be able to access the brand’s website. Membership registration must be completed prior to payment.
    1. For online purchases, participants must log in to their membership account before completing payment.
    2. For in-store purchases, participants must provide the telephone number registered with their membership to store staff prior to payment.
11. Participants must complete MATTER MAKERS membership registration before registering for the activity. Activity registration must be completed via matter-makers.com/ormkornnaphatluckyfan, using the same information provided during membership registration, as follows:
    1. Full Name (must exactly match the identification card or passport)
    2. Telephone Number (Thailand-registered numbers only)
    3. Email Address
12. Participants are required to register only once upon their initial purchase. Any additional purchases made thereafter for the purpose of accumulating entries do not require re-registration.
13. Participants must retain all receipts or order confirmation numbers as proof of purchase until the activity has concluded.
14. Eligible entries shall be counted only from completed orders. Orders must be fully paid, not cancelled, not refunded, and products must have been successfully delivered to the customer. Any order that is cancelled or refunded shall be deemed null and void.
15. Participants must strictly comply with all terms and conditions. Failure to comply with any condition, in any circumstance, shall result in immediate disqualification, and any awarded rights shall be deemed void. The Company shall bear no liability in such cases.
16. Participation in this activity shall be deemed as acceptance of all terms and conditions, including the activity’s privacy notice.
17. Participants grant Gentlewoman Co., Ltd. the right to collect, access, and use personal data, including name and telephone number, for the purposes of registration, verification, and announcement of results, as well as for any related activity purposes.
18. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms, conditions, and schedule of this activity as deemed appropriate, with prior notice.
19. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Gentlewoman Co., Ltd. shall be final and binding.

■ TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CONFIRMATION OF LUCKY WINNER RIGHTS

Organized by MATTER MAKERS, a brand under Gentlewoman Co., Ltd. (“the Company”)

1. The Company will announce the list of 30 lucky winners on April 21, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., through the following channels:
   1. Facebook: Matter Makers (www.facebook.com/mattermakers)
   2. Instagram: Matter Makers (www.instagram.com/mattermakers)
   3. LINE Official Account: @mattermakers
   4. X: Matter_Makers (www.x.com/matter_makers)
2. After the announcement, the Company will contact the 30 lucky fans via the phone number or information provided during registration to confirm redemption details.
3. The Company reserves the right to limit each individual to one participation right only.
4. Recipients of the participation rights must confirm their rights by 6:00 p.m. on April 27, 2026. Failure to confirm within the specified time shall be deemed an immediate forfeiture of such rights.
5. The Company reserves the right to maintain a list of alternate winners in case selected individuals do not meet eligibility requirements.
6. The Company reserves such rights exclusively for the announced recipients. Such rights may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged to any other person under any circumstances.
7. Participants who forfeit their rights, are deemed to have forfeited, are disqualified, fail to comply with the terms and conditions of participation and prize redemption as specified by the Company, or fail to confirm their rights within the prescribed period, shall have no right to make any claims against the Company for compensation or reimbursement of any kind, including the value of the products.
8. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and the schedule of this activity as deemed appropriate, with prior notice.
9. The Company shall deem that participants have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms, conditions, and rules of this activity. Participants acknowledge and consent to the Company’s collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data, including name–surname, telephone number, email address, and information appearing on their national identification card or passport, for the purposes of identity verification and the administration of the activity. The Company will collect, use, and disclose such personal data only to the extent necessary and in accordance with the stated purposes.
10. In the event that a participant does not consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of their personal data, the Company may be unable to contact such participant, which may result in the forfeiture of the right to receive any prize under this activity.
11. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding.

The Company hereby informs participants of the promotional campaign that the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data, including:

4. Personal data appearing on the ID card or passport

will be carried out for the purpose of verifying participant eligibility, contacting winners, and fulfilling the terms of the campaign. The Company will only collect, use, and disclose your personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes outlined above.

If you prefer not to have your personal data collected, used, or disclosed by the Company as described, it may result in the Company being unable to contact or provide you with any rights or entitlements related to this campaign.

The Company will manage your personal data in accordance with its privacy policy and in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
