Where can I receive my order ?

- Orders will be sent to an address given by you.

How long will my order take to arrive ?

- For online domestic and international orders, orders will be sent to you by DHL service within 3-7 working days.

How much do I pay for delivery service ?

- Delivery is FREE for any shipments within Thailand. Except for orders of MATTER MAKERS MEMBER and sale items under 500 THB, shipping fee of 50 THB will be charged.

Can I track my order?

- You can track the status of your order from the link given to you at the payment stage.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

How long will my order take to arrive ?

- For international orders, the parcel will be sent to you by DHL service within 3-7 working days during normal periods. Please note that delivery time may vary based on the postal code and customs clearance procedure.

How much do I pay for delivery service ?

- International shipping fee may vary based on your shipping address and parcel weight, for which the recipient is responsible. Shipping fee starting from 20 USD will be charged for orders under 69 USD, Varying on destination countries.
- International customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package.

Can I track my order?

- Tracking number of courier will be provided via e-mail and on link bill.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

1. EXCHANGES OF PRODUCTS COULD BE MADE AT OUR STORES (EXCEPT THOSE IN DEPARTMENT ZONE) WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER CUSTOMERS RECEIVED AN E-MAIL CONFIRMATION OF SHIPMENT FOR ONLINE ORDERS AND WITHIN 3 DAYS FOR STORE PURCHASES.

2. FOR ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PAID FOR BUT NOT YET SHIPPED, THE LIST OF ITEMS IN THE ORDER CANNOT BE MODIFIED. IT CAN BE CHANGED UPON RECEIVING THE PRODUCT AND NOTIFYING THE REPLACEMENT. (IF THE DESIRED PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, IT MUST BE CHANGED TO ANOTHER ITEM.)

3. PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM OUR STORES ARE EXCHANGEABLE ONLY FOR SIZES.

4. PRODUCTS ARE EXCHANGEABLE WITHIN ITS OWN CATEGORY (E.G. CLOTHES CANNOT BE EXCHANGED TO ACCESSORIES).

5. SALE ITEMS ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE.

6. EXCHANGED PRODUCTS MUST BE IN PERFECT AND NEVER USED CONDITION.

7. PLEASE NOTE THAT CONFIRMATION OF PURCHASE AND CONFIRMATION OF SHIPPING DATE ARE REQUIRED FOR EXCHANGING ITEMS.

8. MATTER MAKERS HAS THE RIGHT TO REJECT EXCHANGE OF USED OR DEFECTED ITEMS MADE BY CUSTOMER.

9. MATTER MAKERS DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY FORMS OF RETURNS.

10. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY FORMS OF EXCHANGES AND RETURNS.

11. FOR IN-STORE PURCHASE, ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE, COLOR, OR STYLE WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE ONLY AT THE STORE BRANCH WHERE THE ITEM WAS PURCHASED, WITH THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
