Join our Top Spender campaign to earn an exclusive right
to purchase a LOOOK Ceramic Sculpture (Limited Edition) by Benzilla.

Top 10 spenders will be eligible to purchase a Limited Edition item.

Production: Limited to only 10 pieces. No re-production.
Material: Ceramic (Hand painted and Over glaze decal)

Eligibility Criteria:
The 10 top spenders granted the right to purchase the Limited Edition item will be selected based on the highest accumulated purchase amount via the following channels:
- Top 3 spenders at Siam Center only , which includes completed orders from the MATTER MAKERS Siam Center Pop-Up Store and the “PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH, JUST TAKE A LOOOK” event.
- Top 7 spenders across all sales channels , including completed orders from the website matter-makers.com, all MATTER MAKERS branches, and the “PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH, JUST TAKE A LOOOK” event.
■ Participant Reward
All eligible participants who meet the criteria but do not qualify for the Top 10 spenders will receive a Free Gift Voucher.
Terms of Use: 10% discount up to THB 200 for MATTER MAKERS product purchases. Valid only for participating items (exclude discounted products and products from the Hello Kitty I’m Matter Makers and Monchhichi Means Happiness collections). The Gift Voucher can be used from June 9, 2025 to June 30, 2025.

Organized by MATTER MAKERS, a brand under Gentlewoman Co., Ltd. (“the Company”)
- Participants must be individuals residing in Thailand and at least 20 years of age at the time of participation.
- Participants must be subject to Thai law and legally capable of entering contracts under Thai jurisdiction.
- Employees of Gentlewoman Co., Ltd., their families, advertising agencies, and affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.
- Participants must purchase MATTER MAKERS products between May 20, 2025 (12:00) to June 2, 2025 (23:59). Purchase receipts must reflect dates within this period.
- Purchase channels and qualifying timeframes:

- Participants must have a valid MATTER MAKERS membership account and access to the brand's website:
- Online Purchases: Log in before payment
- In-store/Event Purchases: Provide their registered phone number to staff
- Registration for the campaign must be completed via matter-makers.com/benzilla using the following information:
- Full name (matching the national ID)
- Thai phone number only
- Participants must register during their first purchase. No repeated registration is required for subsequent purchases.
- Registration period: May 20, 2025 (12:00) to June 2, 2025 (23:59).Incomplete registrations are considered invalid.
- Participants must retain their receipts or order numbers as proof until the campaign concludes.
- Only completed and fulfilled purchases count toward eligibility. Cancelled or refunded orders are void.
- Participants must fully comply with all terms. Incomplete compliance results in disqualification without compensation.
- By participating, users agree to the campaign’s terms and conditions and the privacy notice.
- Participants authorize Gentlewoman Co., Ltd. to access and use personal data (full name, phone number) for result announcements and registration purposes.
- The Company reserves the right to amend terms or schedules with prior notice.
- All decisions by the Company are final.
■ Terms for Redemption of the Right to Purchase Limited Edition Item and Receiving Free Gift Vouchers

- The Company will announce the list of top 10 spenders entitled to purchase the Limited Edition products via
Matter Makers Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/mattermakers),
Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/mattermakers)
and Line Official (@mattermakers) on June 5, 2025 at 12:00. - A total of top 10 spenders entitled to purchase Limited Edition products will be selected based on the highest accumulated purchase amount via the following channels:
- Top 3 highest spenders from Siam Center sales channels only, including completed orders from the MATTER MAKERS Siam Center Pop-Up Store and the event “PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH, JUST TAKE A LOOOK”
- Top 7 highest spenders from all sales channels, including completed orders from the website matter-makers.com , all MATTER MAKERS branches, and the event mentioned above
- After the announcement, the Company will contact the top 10 spenders via the phone number or information provided during registration to confirm redemption details.
- Each person is entitled to purchase only one Limited Edition item.
- The right to choose the color of the Limited Edition item will be granted according to the rank of accumulated purchase amount, with higher spenders choosing first.
- The top 10 spenders entitled to purchase Limited Edition items must complete payment by 17:00 on June 5, 2025. Failure to make payment within the specified time will be considered a forfeiture of the right.
- The Company reserves the right to maintain a list of alternate winners in case selected individuals do not meet eligibility requirements.
- The right to purchase Limited Edition products is non-transferable and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged with others.
- Participants who forfeit, are deemed to have forfeited, are disqualified, or fail to comply with any terms set by the Company, or do not confirm their rights as scheduled, will not be entitled to claim compensation or the equivalent value of the prize from the Company.
- The Company will provide Gift Vouchers to participants who did not receive the right to purchase the Limited Edition products, provided that they fully complied with all campaign terms.
- The Company will distribute the Gift Vouchers via SMS to eligible participants using the phone number registered with MATTER MAKERS, by 17:00 on June 9, 2025.
- One Gift Voucher is limited to one person only.
- The Company reserves the right to amend the rules and schedule as deemed appropriate, with prior notice.
- The Company considers that participants of this promotional campaign have agreed to all terms and conditions and acknowledge that their personal data, including full name, phone number, email, and information appearing on the national ID card may be collected, used, and disclosed solely for the purposes of eligibility verification. The collection, use, and disclosure of personal data will be carried out only as necessary for the stated purposes.
- If a participant does not consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data, the Company may be unable to contact or deliver any entitlements related to this campaign.
- All decisions by the Company are final.
